Section 17F.100.030 Permit Exemptions
A permit is not required for repairs involving only the working parts of a faucet or valve, the clearing of stoppages, or the replacing of defective faucets or valves so long as no change is made in the piping of the plumbing fixtures or the plumbing or drainage system.
