Chapter 17G.010 Building and Construction Permits
Section 17G.010.060 Applicability to Single and Multifamily Residential Buildings
All local amendments to the codes adopted herein which apply to new construction of single and multifamily residential buildings shall not be effective until approved by the State Building Code Council. The local amendment is:
- SMC 17F.040.120 on roof design.
