Section 17G.010.250 Time for Issuance of Approval
- Except as provided in subsection (B) of this section, there are no time periods prescribed for the processing and determination of applications under this title for ministerial permit applications categorically exempt from the State Environmental Policy Act. The policy of the City is to process applications promptly and thoroughly, given available resources.
- To the extent practical, under the existing buildings and conservation code, the hearing examiner renders a decision on an appeal from the order of the building official within sixty days after the appeal is filed.
