Section 17G.020.020 Amendment Process
- This chapter applies to and establishes the procedures for consideration of proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan. A proposal for a site-specific rezone that would implement the comprehensive plan and land use plan map (and therefore does not require plan modification) is quasi-judicial and may be considered at any time, subject to the procedures set forth in chapter 17G.061 SMC.
