Chapter 17G.041 Streamlined Design Review
Section 17G.041.040 Other Projects Subject to Design Review
- Projects establishing or modifying a skywalk over the public right-of-way shall be subject to the standard design review process.
- When required under SMC 17C.350.040, Mini-Storage Facilities shall follow the Standard Design Review process. Mini-Storage projects in a downtown zone shall use the Downtown Design Guidelines. Mini-Storage projects in other zones shall use the Mini-Storage Design Guidelines.
- Any project for which the Unified Development Code identifies a requirement for Design Review and which does not fall into a category provided above shall follow the guidelines most relevant to the project as determined by the Planning Director.
