Section 17G.050.130 Notice of Hearing – Required
- All applications to be heard by the hearing examiner except appeals of administrative decisions, require public notice. Unless the ordinance governing the application provides otherwise, written notice is mailed to all persons entitled by chapter 17G.061 SMC to receive notice and the property that is the subject of the application is posted.
- Administrative appeals require notice only to the administrator whose decision is being appealed, the appellant and the applicant if different than the appellant.
