SPD seeks help ID'ing a robbery suspect

The Spokane Police Department is seeking help from the public to identify a bank robbery suspect. The robbery occurred late Thursday afternoon at the Banner Bank in the 6600 block of N. Division.

Spokane Police officers responded to the Banner Bank in the 6600 block of N. Division on the report of a robbery just before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Responding officers contacted bank staff who confirmed that a white male had robbed the bank and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as a white male, approximately six foot tall, stocky build, wearing a light colored jacket over a red sweatshirt, dark colored hat, and blue jeans. No weapon was displayed and none of the staff was injured during the robbery. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call Crime Check at 509.456.2233.
