Spokane Police are asking for the media’s assistance to locate two missing persons. 46 year old Cathy Hastings and her 19 year old son Ryan Hasting were last seen around 10:00 a.m. yesterday morning walking to a doctor’s appointment in the Northpoint area. Both subjects have medical problems that lead police to be concerned about their welfare due to the cold weather. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

-46 year old Cathy Hastings is a white female, 5’6”, 165 lbs, brown eyes with short balding hair. She was last seen wearing a black, faux leather, knee-length coat with fur around the hood. She is recovering from a recent bout of pneumonia and due to other medical conditions she walks hunched over.

-19 year old Ryan Hastings is a white male, 6’1”, 220 lbs. He has the mental capacity of a toddler and struggles with mobility. He was last seen wearing a heavy green, vinyl jacket with a flannel pattern and blue jeans.

Both subjects were last seen walking to a doctor’s appointment in the Northpoint area around 10:00 a.m. on 12/4/13 and did not return home. Attached is a photo of Cathy Hastings and photo with both Cathy and Ryan.

Anyone who sees Cathy or Ryan Hastings is asked to call 911.
