Section 01.05.190 Penalty Schedule – Utilities
- For each subsequent violation by a person the classification of infraction advances by one class.

- In addition a third or greater number of violations of chapter 13.03A SMC within any twelve-month period is subject to a civil infraction penalty of one thousand dollars per violation, with each day of a violation a new and separate violation.
