Chapter 01.07 Spokane Fair Elections Code

Section 01.07.020 Voter Registration & Election Resources
  1. Beginning with the first City of Spokane utility bill of the year in which a city general election is held, each utility bill shall include voter registration information and links to the Spokane County Elections Office and the Washington State Secretary of State websites.
  1. The City’s website shall host a page devoted to election resources and clearly titled “Voting and Elections”. The site shall contain information and/or links to information including, but not limited to, voter registration, election dates, online voter pamphlets and guides, the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission, and ballot drop box locations.
  1. The City Clerk’s Office shall be the city’s election resources center and shall be the central location for any information related to city elections including, but not limited to, sample ballots, voter pamphlets and guides, and voter registration forms.
