Section 02.01.040 Open Forum Session
In the course of each regular City Council Legislative Session, there may be an allotment of meeting time for the City Council to hold an open forum. The open forum is a limited public forum and all matters discussed shall relate to the affairs of the City. The rules regarding open forum participation can be found in the City Council’s Rules of Procedure, as adopted pursuant to SMC 02.01.050.
