Section 03.01B.131 Office of Police Ombuds

 

  1. The Office of the Police Ombuds (OPO) is an independent administrative department that performs duties required by Article XVI of the City of Spokane Charter.
  1. The Police Ombuds is appointed following the procedures provided in SMC 04.32.
