Section 03.02.010 Office Hours
City offices shall generally maintain business hours from eight a.m. to five p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Adjustments within that schedule may be made for individual offices to optimize scheduling of personnel, energy usage, or to better fit the needs of their clientele. Certain offices, such as public safety and utility emergency functions, are open to public contact at all times.
