Section 03.03.020 Holidays on Weekends

  1. Whenever a legal holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as a legal holiday.
     
  2. Whenever a legal holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is observed as a legal holiday.
