Article II. Utilities Billings and Collections

Section 04.02.060 Definitions

For the purposes of SMC 4.02.060 through SMC 4.02.220, the following words are defined as follows:

  1. “Customer” means the municipal utility rate-payer, as identified by the utility account billing address shown in the files of the City utilities billing office.
     
  2. “Director” means the director of public works and utilities.
