Chapter 04.13 Design Review Board

Section 04.13.040 Terms of Office
  1. Terms of Office.
    1. Members shall serve staggered terms of three years. A member whose term has expired shall continue to hold office until a successor has qualified.
    1. No member may serve more than two consecutive terms. Vacancies shall be filled for an unexpired term in the same manner as for an original appointment under this section. Appointment to fill the balance of an unexpired term where more than half of the term remains shall be considered a full-term.
    1. Members who have retired from the board are eligible to apply for a position on the board after a six-month break.
  1. Compensation.

Members shall serve without compensation.
