Section 04.14.080 Interest of Members
No board member may have any interest in the making of investments from the retirement fund or in the gains or profits therefrom. No board member may become an endorser, surety or otherwise an obligor for moneys invested in the retirement fund by the board, or borrow any of the retirement system’s funds or deposits, or use any of the retirement system’s moneys except as directed by the board.
