Chapter 04.16 Bicycle Advisory Board

Section 04.16.050 Terms

  1. Members of the board are appointed to three-year terms with initial terms being either one, two, or three years, selected on a random-draw basis.
     
  2. No member may serve more than two consecutive full, three-year terms.
     
  3. The eleventh voting member shall serve for a one-year term and may serve two consecutive terms.
