Section 04.16.090 Meetings

 

  1. The board meets at least once a month at a prescribed day and time as noticed on the Board agenda.
  1. A quorum is a simple majority of the current board membership.
  1. All meetings are held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, chapter 42.30 RCW. Minutes of all meetings are kept as public records.
