Chapter 04.25 Public Development Authority

Article I. General Provisions

Section 04.25.050 Board of Directors

  1. A board of directors is hereby established to govern the affairs of the authority. All corporate powers are exercised and the business, property and affairs are managed by or under the direction of the board, except as may be otherwise provided by law or in the charter.
     
  2. The board of directors consists of five members.
