Chapter 04.25 Public Development Authority

Article I. General Provisions

Section 04.25.190 Reports

The authority will within three months after the end of its fiscal year file with the city clerk, city council and mayor a/an:

  1. annual report containing a certified statement of assets and liabilities, income and expenditures, and changes in its financial position during the previous year;
     
  2. summary of significant accomplishments;
     
  3. list of depositories used;
     
  4. projected operating budget for the current fiscal year;
     
  5. summary of projects and activities to be undertaken during the current year;
     
  6. list of authority officials and officials bonded pursuant to SMC 4.25.130.
