Chapter 04.25A United Native Americans Public Development Authority
Section 04.25A.180 Deposit of Public Funds
All money belonging to or collected for the use of the authority, coming into the hands of any director or employee thereof, shall be deposited in a qualified public depositary as determined by the Washington Public Deposit Protection Commission. Such money may be invested at the direction of the board of directors, by resolution, in investments, which would be lawful for the investments of City funds.
