Chapter 08.01 Business Registrations

Section 08.01.220 Temporary General Business License – Itinerant Vendor Permit
  1. Temporary general business licenses available for a period of ninety days or less shall be issued by the City of Spokane Taxes and Licenses Office.
  1. All “itinerant vendor” permits per SMC 10.40.010, shall be issued by the City of Spokane Taxes and Licenses Office. An “itinerant vendor” permit must be obtained in addition to a general business license (temporary or regular) per SMC 10.40.010.
  1. A school group conducting occasional sales from a temporary location when the proceeds from such sales are used for school-related activities are exempt from obtaining an itinerant vendor permit.
