Section 08.01.260 Refunds
If the registration fee paid is more than the amount required, upon written request before the expiration of the registration and a determination that the fee paid was in excess of the required registration amount, the overpaid amount will be refunded. If the registration fee paid is less than that required, a statement shall be mailed to the registrant showing the balance due, and the registrant shall have ten days to pay that amount.
