Chapter 08.04 Gambling Tax
Section 08.04.090 Pre-registration
Any person, association, or organization proposing to conduct a gambling activity taxable under this chapter is required to first file with the chief financial officer, on prescribed forms, a declaration of intent accompanied by a copy of the license for such activity issued by the Washington State gambling commission.
