Chapter 10.23A Amusement Facilities

Section 10.23A.020 License Required
  1. No person may conduct or maintain an entertainment or amusement facility without first obtaining an entertainment facility license.
  1. The entertainment facility license is a class IIA license as provided in chapter 4.04 SMC.
  1. Anyone conducting or operating a business, event, or venue where concerts, dances, carnivals, or circuses are presented to the public as a regular course of doing business shall have a license or permit issued under this chapter, unless otherwise exempted by this chapter.
