Section 10.23A.080 Control over Adjacent Areas
The licensee of an entertainment license is responsible and expected to exercise appropriate control over its customers, not only inside their establishment but also within the immediate vicinity for such purposes as preventing unnecessary noise, litter, trespass and property damage, traffic obstruction, and similar activities which may constitute a public or private nuisance to the detriment of the neighboring community.
