Article I. General

Section 10.27A.015 Revision of Chapter 10.27 SMC

Chapter 10.27A SMC is a revision of former chapter 10.27 SMC. Cable franchises negotiated at the time of the adoption of chapter 10.27A SMC or thereafter making reference to “10.27” or any article or section thereof shall be deemed to refer to “10.27A.”
