Article I. General

Section 10.27A.120 Franchise as a Contract

A franchise issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to constitute a contract between a franchisee and the City. By executing a franchise, a franchisee shall agree to comply with all written rules, orders and regulations applicable to a franchise which are issued, promulgated or made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
