Article II. Franchise Applications

Section 10.27A.230 Applicant Representatives
  1. Any person who files an application with the City for a cable communications franchise shall forthwith, at all times, disclose to the City, in writing, the names, addresses and occupations of all persons who are authorized to represent or act on behalf of the applicant in those matters pertaining to the application.
    1. The requirement to make such disclosure shall continue until the City shall have rejected an application or until an applicant withdraws its application.
