Article III. Franchise Conditions

Section 10.27A.300 Franchise Term

  1. The term of a franchise shall be as specified in a franchise agreement, but it shall not exceed fifteen years.
     
  2. If a franchisee seeks authority to operate a cable system in the City beyond the term of its franchise, it shall file an application for a new franchise not later than thirty months prior to the expiration of its franchise.
