Article III. Franchise Conditions
Section 10.27A.500 System Technical Standards
The cable system to be installed by a franchisee shall comply in all respects with the technical performance requirements set forth by the Federal Communication Commission. The City reserves the right to amend, in its sole discretion, this chapter or a franchise to incorporate reasonable technical performance standards in the event it has the legal authority to promulgate such standards.
