Chapter 10.29 Contractors and Workers

Article IV. Suspension

Section 10.29.070 License Suspension
  1. In supplementation of chapter 4.04 SMC, the building official may order the suspension of a license under this chapter, except a blasting license, upon any of the following grounds attributable to the licensee:
    1. Unworkmanlike installations.
    1. Code infractions.
    1. Habitual excessive use of alcohol or drugs.
    1. Misrepresentation in obtaining the license.
    1. Special circumstances which require suspension in the interests of public safety and welfare.
  1. The licensee may appeal as provided in SMC 4.04.100.
