Chapter 10.33A 1986 Fireworks Code

Section 10.33A.020 Activities Requiring Permit

In addition to a license issued by the state director of fire protection, a person needs a City permit to:

  1. manufacture, import, possess or sell any fireworks at wholesale or retail for any use;
     
  2. make a public display of fireworks;
     
  3. transport fireworks, except as a licensee or as a public carrier delivering to a licensee;
     
  4. establish or maintain a place where fireworks are manufactured, constructed, produced, packaged, stored, sold or exchanged;
     
  5. knowingly manufacture, import, transport, store, sell or possess with intent to sell as fireworks, explosives, as defined under RCW 70.74.010, that are not fireworks, as defined in chapter 70.77 RCW.
