Chapter 10.34A For-Hire Transportation

Section 10.34A.100 Vehicle Requirements – TNCs
  1. Each TNC shall provide annual certification to the licensing officer, for each affiliated vehicle, of:
    1. The name and address of the owner of the vehicle;
    1. Valid vehicle registration and licensing;
    1. A successful vehicle inspection as required by SMC 10.34A.060;
    1. The make, model, year of manufacture, color, and motor or vehicle identification number;
    1. A certificate of insurance, naming the City as an additional insured, and which meets the requirements of chapter 48.177, RCW, as amended from time to time; and
  1. The trade dress or color scheme for all vehicles affiliated with the same TNC must be associated with the TNC and visible to the public.
