Chapter 10.34A For-Hire Transportation

Section 10.34A.160 Required Records
  1. Every holder of a license issued under this chapter shall maintain all licenses and documents required by this chapter for at least three (3) years and make them available for inspection by the licensing officer upon demand.
  1. Each for-hire operator licensed under this chapter shall maintain individual trip records, individual driver records, and vehicle inspection reports for at least three (3) years.
