Section 10.34A.230 Passenger Inquiries and Contacts
- For-hire operators shall promptly investigate and take reasonable corrective action concerning each consumer complaint filed with the for-hire operator and maintain records of the disposition of such complaints for two (2) years. For purposes of this section, driver ratings are not considered passenger complaints.
- Each for-hire operator licensed under this chapter shall maintain, at all times during the term of the license, a toll-free, 24-hour telephone number and an email address for passengers or the public in addition to any complaint channels provided in a TNC’s digital network.
