Section 10.36.180 Excavated Material
Normally, the excavator will pile excavated material adjacent to the trench with the toe of the slope at least eighteen inches from the edge of the trench. Whenever the limits of the excavation area are too narrow to allow for such piling alongside the trench, the director may require the franchisee to haul and store the excavated material offsite.
