Chapter 10.38 Mechanical Newspaper Dispensers
Section 10.38.010 License Required
No person may place within the public right-of-way any unattended rack, box or other mechanical dispensing device for the sale or other dissemination of a newspaper, magazine or other document without a current class III license issued by the director of engineering services.
