Chapter 10.39 Special Events

Section 10.39.025 Exceptions to Special Event Permit Requirement

The following activities are exempt from the special event permit requirement:

  1. Funeral processions by a licensed mortuary.
  1. Activities conducted by a governmental agency acting within the scope of its authority; and
  1. Lawful picketing on sidewalks whose number of participants does not substantially block public thoroughfares.
