Chapter 10.40 Itinerant Vendors

Section 10.40.025 Violation
  1. If a person engages in activities defined in SMC 10.40.010 without a current itinerant vendor permit issued by the City of Spokane Taxes and Licensing Office, they are subject to a penalty.
  1. A violation of this chapter is a class 1 civil infraction. Each day upon which a violation occurs or is knowingly continued constitutes a separate violation.
  1. Itinerant vendors must comply with all state and local laws.
