Chapter 10.45 Used Goods

Section 10.45.070 Prohibited Acts: Penalty
  1. It is a violation of this chapter to conduct four (4) or more yard sales as defined in this chapter in a calendar year or to conduct a yard sale at a single location for longer than three (3) days.
  1. A first violation of this section is a class 3 civil infraction. A second violation, and each subsequent violation thereafter, is a class 2 civil infraction.
