Section 10.48.160 Prohibited Devices

  1. Effective January 1, 2006, and thereafter, no person shall operate a security alarm system in the City of Spokane that has a siren, bell or other signal audible from any property adjacent to the alarm site that sounds for longer than five consecutive minutes after the alarm is activated, or that repeats the five-minute alarm cycle more than three consecutive times without resetting.
     
  2. Effective January 1, 2006, and thereafter, no person shall operate a security alarm system in the City of Spokane that is programmed for “one-plus” duress alarms.
