Section 10.48.210 Fee Processing
  1. Initial Registration Fees.

Alarm businesses contracting with customers to provide monitoring services (or their agents) shall assure that customers residing in the City complete initial registration forms and remit the required registration fee to the City (or its designee) prior to activation of monitoring service.

  1. All fees are due and payable on receipt.
    1. Fees that are unpaid for thirty days or more after the date of initial invoice are considered past due for purposes of this chapter.
  1. A late fee of ten dollars per month or ten percent of the outstanding balance per month, whichever is greater, may be imposed on past due accounts to cover the cost of processing and collection.
