Section 10.48.280 Organization – Rules
  1. The alarm appeal officer(s) shall be empowered to adopt rules for the scheduling and conduct of hearings and other procedural matters related to the duties of his office.
    1. Such rules may provide for cross examination of witnesses.
    1. Further, such rules shall provide for recording of the proceedings and for compliance with the state, federal and City laws which may govern such a proceeding.
  1. In rendering a decision, the alarm appeals officer(s) is hereby authorized to take judicial notice of all duly-adopted rules, ordinances, standards, plans, regulations and policies of the City of Spokane and other public agencies.
