Chapter 10.51 Mobile Food Vendors

Section 10.51.130 Violation
  1. This chapter is subject to the administrative provisions of chapter 08.01 SMC. In the event of an appeal, the hearing officer shall be the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner.
  1. Mobile food vendors must comply with all state and local laws.
  1. A violation of this chapter is a civil infraction. Each day upon which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue constitutes a separate violation.
