Chapter 10.515 Fair Meal Delivery Requirements

Section 10.515.060 Violation and penalty
  1. It is a violation of this chapter to fail to comply with any provision of this chapter.
  1. This chapter is subject to the administrative provisions of chapter 4.04 SMC. In the event of an appeal, the hearing officer shall be the City of Spokane hearing examiner.
  1. Violation of this chapter by any business is a Class 1 Civil Infraction and subject to the penalties set forth in chapter 1.05 SMC.
  1. Each day of a continuing violation is a separate offense.
