Chapter 10.72 Adult Arcades

Section 10.72.090 Adult Arcade Device License Required
  1. It is unlawful to exhibit or display for public use any adult arcade device upon any premises without first having obtained a license for each such device, to be designated an “adult arcade device license”.
  1. Adult arcade device licenses shall be issued for specific adult arcade premises only and shall not be transferable.
  1. The current adult arcade device license for each device shall be securely attached to such device in a conspicuous place.
  1. Any person seeking an adult arcade device license shall file a written application with the licensing administrator on a form provided by the administrator for that purpose.
  1. All applications for an adult arcade device license shall be submitted in the name of the person or entity proposing to operate or own the devices and shall be signed by such person and notarized or certified as true under penalty of perjury.
  1. All application forms shall require the following information:
  1. The name, home address, home telephone number, date and place of birth and social security number (if the applicant is an individual) of the applicant.
  1. The business name, address and telephone number of the establishment.
  1. If a person who wishes to operate an adult arcade device is an individual, that person must sign the application for the license as applicant.
  1. The name, address and telephone number of the owner of the property on which the adult arcade devices are to be located.
