Chapter 10.72 Adult Arcades

Section 10.72.140 Expiration of License
  1. Each license shall expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application as provided in this chapter.
  1. Application for renewal should be made at least thirty days before the expiration date, but the pendency of a renewal application will not delay expiration.
