Chapter 10.72 Adult Arcades

Section 10.72.190 Procedure for Suspension or Revocation

The procedure for revoking or suspending a license under this chapter shall be the following:

  1. Upon determining that grounds for revocation or suspension exist, the licensing administrator shall notify the licensee of intent to revoke or suspend the license.
  1. Said notice shall set forth the grounds for suspension or revocation and schedule a hearing before the hearing examiner. The hearing shall be held not later than ten working days from the date of notice of intent to revoke.
  1. The licensee shall be permitted to present evidence in support of his position at the hearing.
  1. Within fifteen working days after the hearing, the hearing examiner shall notify the licensee in writing of the hearing examiner’s determination and reasons therefor. The hearing examiner’s determination shall become final and a suspension or revocation shall be given immediate effect.
